Everything here happens at walking pace. Ask at reception in the morning and we will arrange a boat, a guide or a picnic for the same day.
More than the quiet, whenever you want it
Most days here are for doing very little. But when you want something more, we can arrange a whole range of activities — reef snorkeling and diving, boat trips to Maziwe, deep-sea fishing, safari in Saadani, water sports, village and Pangani town tours, or a full day in Zanzibar's Stone Town. Just ask.
Snorkeling
Coral gardens a short dhow ride offshore, with reef fish, rays and warm, clear water year round.
Diving
Guided dives with partner centres along the Pangani coast, for first-timers and certified divers alike.
Maziwe Marine Reserve
A protected island reef that appears at low tide — one of the finest snorkeling spots in Tanzania.
Safari
Day and overnight safaris to Saadani National Park, where the bush meets the ocean — elephants, giraffe, buffalo and river cruises.
Fishing Trips
Deep-sea trips for marlin, sailfish, tuna and dorado, or hand-line fishing with local crews.

Green turtles nest on this shoreline. In season we visit the hatcheries with local conservation guides.
